This page briefly explains the boundaries of AutoCheckView documentation operated by Red-Snake Technology LLC. The full contract is in the Terms of Service.

What we provide

Factual visual documentation of accessible and permitted areas at the time of the visit — a time-specific snapshot with photos, notes, and optional video where ordered. We observe. We document. You decide.

What we do not provide

• Not a mechanical inspection, mechanical diagnosis, or safety/roadworthiness conclusion
• Not a state inspection, appraisal, valuation, warranty, or buy/don’t-buy recommendation
• No lift, jacking, or disassembly; underside photos (when attempted) are ground-level only
• No guarantee that every defect is visible or documented

Optional add-ons (when purchased)

• OBD-II Code Readout: records codes displayed by a compatible reader — not a diagnosis; codes are not cleared.
• Road Test Documentation: temporarily not offered on new bookings pending insurance confirmation. When available: factual video/notes of a permitted drive only — not a mechanical or safety evaluation; not guaranteed merely because purchased.
• Live Video: up to 10 minutes, with an optional extra 10 minutes where offered; depends on access, permission, and connectivity.

Third-party vehicle history reports are not currently offered. Do not expect a VIN history PDF with your visit.

Access and omissions

Inaccessible or not-permitted areas may not be documented; limitations are recorded. An omission is not proof that a condition does not exist. Conditions may change after the visit. Full payment, cancellation, credit, and liability rules are in the Terms.
