1. Service Description (Informational Only)

AutoCheckView provides on-site photo documentation and visual observations of accessible/observable areas of a vehicle at the time of the visit for informational purposes only. The service is not a state inspection, not a mechanical diagnosis, not a safety inspection, and not an appraisal or valuation.

2. No Repairs, No Disassembly, No Guarantees

AutoCheckView does not perform repairs, maintenance, disassembly, or invasive testing. Access depends on seller permission and safety conditions. Any limitations will be reflected in the report. No warranties or guarantees are provided, expressed or implied.

3. OBD-II Code Readout (If Available)

If OBD-II information is included, it is a code readout only and does not determine root cause or confirm repairs needed.

4. Customer Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for confirming seller availability and permission for vehicle access.
  • You are responsible for all purchase decisions and outcomes.
  • You must provide accurate address and scheduling information.
5. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoCheckView is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic losses arising from the service or any vehicle purchase decision.

6. Cancellations / Rescheduling

Scheduling changes may be required due to weather, safety, seller availability, or other constraints. Any applicable policies will be displayed during checkout/booking.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States.
